Glossybox May 2019

I have to say, over the past few months Glossybox have been coming out with some outstanding boxes. The days of tiny samples are gone, and instead you’ll find an array of full sized products waiting to be opened.

So just a quick lowdown of what Glossybox is and how it works. Glossybox is a subscription box which delivers beauty products to your door every month for only £10 + £3.25 P&P. Each box is themed and you’ll usually find contains at least 5 items.

This month’s box contained all full sized items so you are definitely getting your money’s worth.

Nailberry love me tender nail varnish – £14.50

This is officially my new favourite nail varnish, not only is the shade beautiful and natural, but the product itself is good for your nails! This nail varnish is multi-award winning as it uses patented technology to deliver a healthy manicure by covering your nails in a film that allows water vapour and air to pass through to protect your cuticles. Love!

Madmasky aftermarket vitamin serum – £43

After an intense facemask your skin can feel dry and lack vitamins, this serum nourishes your complexion and helps protect your skin from any damage. It drys quickly, isn’t greasy and is a nice soft scented formula.

Beauty kitchen Natruline 0% petroleum lip treatment – £2.99

Look familiar? Yep I double took as well, beauty kitchen obviously gets their packaging from the same place as our trust vaseline. However beauty kitchen have created the same type of product but without the petroleum, making it less greasy, natural and overall better for the environment. I won’t lie to you though, it feels just like Vaseline.

Barry M Chisel cheeks contour cream kit – £7.99

This was the sneak peak item for this box and there was an option of this kit or the highlighters one. I personally would have preferred the highlighters kit as I’m pretty useless at contouring, especially when it’s a cream. However I’m willing to give it a go. This kit contains lots of different shade, so there is something for everyone.

Dr Jart + rubber firming mask – £8

We all know that Dr Jart+ is one for offering the crazy and exterme when it comes to skin care, so I wasn’t surprised when I pulled this out of the box and found out it was them. This product scares me ha! The packaging is hysterical, but the whole process of creating the mask just seems like a science experiment, lots of mixing. It does look like a lot of fun though and I can’t wait to try it.

I really enjoyed this box and definitely think it’s worth the price tag. If you fancy this month’s box make sure to purchase it quick because it won’t be long until it’s sold out.
