This month’s ASOS beauty box contains all vegan friendly items, and at £12 it’s worth every penny. This box is not subscription and is usually themed around a certain thing or topic. I’m a huge fan of the ASOS boxes as they usually contain some exciting items.
This box was no exception, all the items are new to me and I just know that each one will be used. My only moan would be that my box arrived a bit battered and my bathbomb was crushed.
This was the one item I was incredibly excited to try, I’ve heard such great things about bareMineral and can’t wait to give it a go. You can use it as a setting powder or just to hide the shine in the summer months, and you receive quite a lot of product. Very impressed.
I’ve been curious about this brand for a while now so when I saw it was in the ASOS beauty box this month I couldn’t wait to try it out. It smells lovely and contains lemongrass oil and matcha tea powder which helps relieve muscle and joint pain, as well as calming you down. I did enjoy it, but at £4.50 each I think I’ll stick to bomb cosmetics for now.
I’ve being meaning to purchase this brand for a while but always put it off because of the price. It smells lovely and I’ll be interested to see whether it’s worse the price tag. It also states to be grease free which is always good because I like to dress straight after moisturising.
This product smells of a floral mint and will be perfect to put in my handbag to wash my hands, or even to take on holiday as body wash. Quite pricey though so even if it was good I probably wouldn’t repurchase.
Not too sure what to make of this item. Basically it’s an oil that you put in your hair to add shine and help it look healthy. I’m little worried about using this as my hair gets really greasy. I do like that it comes in a little metal flask though. Such a lovely touch.
Overall very impressed with this month’s box, alot of good items and definitely worth the price tag. Check out my Instagram @holly_be_happy to find out how I get along with them.
